Crypton App for Android is available now

We’re excited to ship Crypton for Android, a native app built for those who already rely on Crypton on the web and want the same privacy and control on their phone.

The app is live right now. Install it, connect your account in seconds, and take Crypton with you wherever you go.

Why we built it

Your phone is where identities are verified, messages arrive, travel plans are made, and eSIMs get activated. A dedicated Android app lets us deliver a faster, cleaner, touch-first experience instead of a mobile browser compromise.

Crypton on Android brings your account tools, messaging, numbers, eSIM workflows, and everything else from Crypton.sh into a purpose-built mobile interface.

Connect your account securely

No new login methods. It works exactly as before:

  1. Install Crypton for Android.
  2. On the web, create a named token (passphrase-protected).
  3. Scan the QR code from your account page or paste the token.

You remain in full control: name tokens, set short expirations, and revoke them anytime from the dashboard. Short-lived tokens are still the recommended default.

Need the APK right away? Authenticated users can download it directly from the dashboard with release notes and a QR for easy sideloading.
