How partner devices are used on the Crypton network.

Incoming SMS by default

Partner devices are set up to receive SMS for customers. Outbound sending stays off unless we enable it for a specific case. That limits abuse and keeps the program sustainable for everyone.

Verification drives most volume

Most traffic is one-time SMS verification—login codes and signup messages that finish in minutes. Those sessions add up quickly. Monthly rentals also earn, but active partners often see the most volume from verifications.

Everything you need to get started as a partner.

You need both a physical device and SIM card(s): an Android phone (an older model is fine) plus active SIMs in the slot(s). We strongly recommend lawful, properly registered SIM cards from real carriers.

  • Android 9 or higher — even an older handset is enough
  • Stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)
  • SIM card(s) in the device; dual-SIM phones let you run two numbers — use legitimate SIMs you're entitled to use
