Issues with Virtual Numbers / Message sending

We are currently in contact with our upstream provider as our account has been suspended due to abuse, this was caused by one of our customers, we are working with the provider to restore services, during this time features like phone number testing / outgoing messages (regardless if Virtual or Physical) and Virtual Numbers will not be available. We would like to apologise for these issues but it is currently outside our control. Physical Numbers / Data eSIMs will continue to work normally. We will provide a resolution ETA as soon as we have more news. Thank you!
