No. Our regular numbers send green-bubble SMS through Android gateways. Blue Relay for iMessage is a separate product: a hosted iPhone line for teams that need blue bubbles.

We host everything. Crypton runs the device in our EU/UK fleet. Want to use your own Android as a gateway? Check out Bring Your Own Device instead.

Reply works great when customers reach out first: support inboxes and “text us” flows. Full two-way lets you message leads first through the API, for sales outreach or automated reminders.

No. Crypton manages the device and Apple ID on the hosted iPhone. You work through Crypton. Your personal Apple account is never involved.

Yes. Your line comes with a dedicated phone number that receives both blue-bubble iMessage and regular SMS. Messages you send through Crypton go out as iMessage and are included in your plan - there are no per-message charges.

Reply is EUR 89/mo, Full two-way EUR 129/mo, and Fleet EUR 99/mo per line (10+ lines). Longer terms save more: 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, 18% for a year. A one-time EUR 29 activation applies to monthly and 3-month plans and is waived on 6- and 12-month plans.

We provision a dedicated hosted iPhone for every line. If one is in stock it is set up quickly; otherwise your paid line joins the setup queue. Typical setup is 3-5 business days, and your expected date is shown in your dashboard.

Pay from your Crypton account credit or by card via Stripe subscription. Either way it is a simple flat monthly rate per line - no metering and no per-message billing.

Yes. Send and receive photos and files over iMessage from Conversations and the API — including attachment-only messages. Incoming MMS attachments on your line are shown in the thread too. There is no separate attachment fee; messaging stays on your flat monthly plan.

Yes. Group threads appear in Conversations so you can follow and reply. On Reply you can answer in groups that message you; on Full and Fleet you can also start new iMessage group chats with multiple participants.
