Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the modified terms on this page and indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

Our platform provides the following services:

• Physical Phone Numbers (Short-term) — Monthly rental of a real SIM-based phone number for receiving and sending SMS/MMS messages
• Physical Phone Numbers (Long-term) — Extended rental of a real SIM-based phone number with dedicated gateway access. Prepaid bundles from 3 to 12 months (minimum 3 months). We load the SIM with at least €5 of operator credit once at activation; further operator top-ups are your responsibility. Outgoing SMS is free on our platform (no per-message account credit charge). Optional InPost SIM return may be available when enabled.
• Virtual Phone Numbers — Phone numbers provided via third-party virtual providers. These numbers may not receive 2FA or verification messages from some services
• Recycled Numbers — Previously used verification numbers available at a discounted monthly rental rate. These numbers may not work reliably for two-factor authentication
• SMS Verification — One-time, time-limited sessions for receiving SMS verification codes from online services, available with or without an account
• Crypton Travel eSIM — Prepaid mobile data for international travel and connectivity, delivered via eSIM
• Partner Program — Approved partners can provide phone numbers from their own SIM cards for use in our rental and verification services, earning a revenue share on each transaction
• Crypton Mobile — Permanent eSIM connectivity with optional data, voice, SMS, and dedicated US/UK phone numbers; one-time setup, recurring SIM maintenance, and optional annual number fees as shown when you purchase
• Blue Relay for iMessage — Hosted iPhone lines that send and receive business iMessage with API access and dashboard tools

Use of Services

You may use our services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Phone Number Usage

You will only use phone numbers for lawful purposes. You will not use any phone number to engage in harassment, bullying, scams, or any other abusive behaviour. If we receive reports of abusive use, we reserve the right to delete the phone number without notice and disable your account entirely. The following conditions apply to specific number types:

• Physical numbers (short-term and long-term) are real SIM-based numbers connected to physical modems. They support receiving and sending SMS/MMS messages
• Virtual numbers are provided by third-party providers and may not receive 2FA or verification messages. No refunds will be issued if a virtual number cannot receive verification messages
• Recycled numbers are former verification numbers offered at a significant discount. They may not work reliably for two-factor authentication with all services. No refunds will be issued based on 2FA incompatibility
• All number types are subject to the same lawful use and anti-abuse rules outlined in these Terms

Long-term physical numbers

The following additional terms apply to long-term physical numbers on our dedicated gateway:

• We load the SIM with at least €5 of operator credit once when the number is activated. We top up the SIM only at activation, not on renewal or later
• Keeping adequate SIM operator balance after activation is your responsibility. If operator credit runs out, outgoing SMS may fail even though Crypton does not charge per message
• Outgoing SMS from long-term numbers is free on Crypton — we do not deduct account credits per outbound SMS. This does not replace your obligation to maintain SIM operator balance with the carrier
• Your actual phone number shows as the sender for outgoing SMS via the dedicated gateway, subject to carrier and destination rules

SMS Verification Service

Our SMS Verification service provides temporary access to a phone number for the purpose of receiving a single SMS verification code. By using this service, you agree to the following:

• Each verification session is time-limited (default 30 minutes) and may be extended for an additional fee
• Each session permits one incoming message only. Once a message is received, the session is considered complete
• If the assigned number does not work for your chosen service, you may request a free replacement number within the same session
• There is no guarantee that any specific number will work with any specific service. Services may block or restrict numbers at their discretion
• Numbers reported as non-working five or more times for a given service are removed from the pool for that service and may be recycled or archived
• For registered users, a credit refund is issued if no replacement numbers are available. Guest users may contact support for a refund under the same circumstances
• Messages received during a session are stored temporarily and deleted upon session completion. Only anonymised metadata is retained
• This service is available to both registered users and guests (no account required). Guest sessions are tracked via a secure session identifier
• The service supports receiving messages only. Sending SMS from a verification number is not supported

Crypton Travel eSIM

Crypton Travel eSIM is provided through third-party partners. By purchasing Crypton Travel eSIM, you agree to the following:

This prepaid travel data service is marketed as Crypton Travel eSIM. In navigation, buttons, or other space-limited UI, it may appear in short form as Crypton Travel—the word “Travel” identifies the same product. Older wording such as “eSIM data plans” referred to this service before the current name; it describes the same offering.

• Crypton Travel eSIM plans are provided on an "as is" basis
• eSIM activation subject to device compatibility
• Data plans have fixed validity periods and limits
• Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis
• You must enable data roaming for eSIM to function
• We may suspend services if we detect fraud or abuse

Crypton Mobile

Crypton Mobile is a connectivity service delivered via partners and mobile networks. By ordering or using Crypton Mobile, you agree to the following:

• Fees may include a one-time setup (activation and initial balance) and recurring charges (for example SIM maintenance and optional annual US/UK numbers) as displayed at checkout
• Coverage, quality, routing, and device compatibility depend on third-party carriers and your hardware; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Optional US/UK numbers may require an annual commitment and are subject to partner and regulatory requirements
• You must use numbers and traffic lawfully; we may suspend or terminate service for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled under our applicable policies and on a case-by-case basis where stated
• Product descriptions and prices on the Crypton Mobile page may change; if translated, the English product text prevails in case of conflict

Blue Relay for iMessage

Blue Relay for iMessage provides hosted iPhone lines that send and receive iMessage on your behalf. By subscribing to or using Blue Relay, you agree to the following:

• Crypton is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple and iMessage are trademarks of Apple Inc. This service is not Apple Messages for Business.
• The service relies on third-party messaging platforms (including Apple iMessage). Apple may change, restrict, or block unofficial or automated access at any time; we do not guarantee continued availability.
• You are responsible for lawful use, recipient consent where required, and compliance with applicable messaging laws and third-party terms (including Apple's).
• Flat monthly fees, setup charges, prepaid bundles, and country availability are as displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
• Crypton manages hosted devices and associated Apple IDs for provisioned lines; you must not attempt to access or transfer those credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate lines for abuse, spam, policy violations, or platform enforcement actions.

Physical SIM Return (Long-term)

Eligible long-term physical numbers on our dedicated gateway may offer an optional SIM return service to ship the physical SIM card to an InPost locker. By requesting SIM return you agree to the following:

• SIM return is available only for eligible long-term physical numbers on our dedicated gateway when the feature is enabled. Short-term, virtual, recycled, and partner-provided numbers are not eligible unless we state otherwise
• Shipping is charged as a flat fee (currently €25) from your account credits when you submit the request. Fees may change with notice on our website
• SIM return shipping fees are not refundable once processing begins. Unused prepaid rental time is not refunded when you choose return instead of continuing SMS service
• Voluntary SIM return terminates SMS service on the number immediately and cancels automatic renewal. You cannot digitally restore the number online after a voluntary return request is submitted
• If your number has recently expired, you may have a limited window (currently 14 days) to either restore digital SMS service or request SIM return — not both at the same time
• While a return is in progress, digital restoration is blocked until the return is completed, fails, is returned to sender, or is cancelled by us
• Delivery is currently supported to InPost lockers in Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You must provide accurate locker and contact details
• Fulfillment is performed manually by our operations team. Typical processing begins within 48 hours of payment; carrier transit and locker pickup times vary
• Failed deliveries, return-to-sender parcels, incorrect locker details, or uncollected parcels may require support intervention. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or inaccurate information you provide
• Once delivered, the physical SIM is yours to collect using the pickup code sent by InPost. Our responsibility for the return shipment ends when the carrier marks the parcel delivered to the locker

User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that when using our services, you will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt service integrity
• Gain unauthorized access to our systems or any other systems

Partner Program Overview

The Crypton Partner Program allows approved users to provide phone numbers from their own SIM cards for use in our short-term rental and SMS verification services. Participation is subject to application approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms. The Partner Program may be enabled or disabled at our discretion at any time.

Partner Devices

Partners connect their Android devices to our platform via the Crypton Companion App. By enrolling a device, you agree to the following:

• Devices must run Android 9 or higher and maintain a stable internet connection
• The Companion App communicates with our servers via encrypted HTTPS heartbeat connections
• Device metadata (model, Android version, battery status, SIM card information) is collected to ensure service quality
• Devices that go offline for extended periods may have their numbers suspended from the platform
• You must not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify the Companion App beyond its intended use

Partner-Provided Numbers

Partners may add phone numbers from their enrolled devices for rental or SMS verification purposes. The following conditions apply:

• Rental numbers are made available to customers for short-term monthly rental. Partners set pricing above a platform-defined minimum for their country
• Verification numbers are used in one-time SMS verification sessions at a flat rate set by the platform
• Newly added numbers may be subject to a random SMS test to verify they can receive messages. Numbers that fail the test are automatically removed
• Once a rental number expires or a verification number is reported as broken, it is permanently retired and cannot be re-added
• Partners are responsible for ensuring the SIM cards they provide are active, lawfully obtained, and not associated with fraudulent activity

Earnings & Payouts

Partners earn a share of revenue generated by their provided numbers. By participating, you agree to the following:

• The default revenue share is 50% of the transaction amount. Country-specific rates may apply
• Rental earnings are credited when the rental period expires or the customer releases the number — not at the time of purchase
• Verification earnings are recorded as pending upon session completion and credited to your available balance shortly after
• Payouts are processed manually in USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20) or Monero (XMR) upon partner request, subject to a minimum payout threshold
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or Terms violations

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Partner Program at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Your devices are consistently offline or fail to maintain service quality
• The numbers you provide are associated with abuse, spam, or illegal activity
• Upon termination, any outstanding balance above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 30 days. Numbers associated with your account will be permanently retired

Affiliate Program Overview

The Crypton Affiliate Program allows users to refer new customers via a unique referral link. When a referred user makes qualifying payments, the affiliate may earn commission subject to these Terms. This program is separate from the Partner Program (supply-side number provision).

Referral Attribution

Referrals are attributed using a first-touch cookie when a visitor arrives via your referral link and creates an account within the cookie window. We may flag or reject referrals that appear fraudulent, including self-referrals and duplicate accounts.

Commissions & Payouts

Commission rates and qualifying spend types are defined in the program dashboard and may change with notice. Commissions apply to eligible purchases and subscriptions by referred users, not to balance top-ups. Commissions may be held pending for a review period. Redemption options include supported cryptocurrencies (manual processing) or non-refundable account credit.

Prohibited Activity

You may not refer yourself, use misleading advertising, spam, or incentivize fake signups. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and program suspension.

Telephone Numbering

UK telephone numbers used on our platform are provided in accordance with the Ofcom National Telephone Numbering Plan. Numbers are either allocated directly by Ofcom or sub-allocated through authorised communications providers. We comply with General Condition B1 (proper use of numbers) and all applicable numbering conditions.

Anti-Fraud & Misuse Prevention

In accordance with Ofcom's General Conditions and applicable UK law, we implement measures to prevent fraud, misuse, and abuse of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any number or account associated with fraudulent or illegal activity. We cooperate with law enforcement and Ofcom in investigating potential misuse of telecommunications services.

Ofcom Compliance

As a provider of electronic communications services, we are subject to Ofcom's regulatory oversight. Customers may raise complaints through our standard complaints process. If a complaint remains unresolved, customers may escalate matters to Ofcom (www.ofcom.org.uk) in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Intellectual Property

Our services and all content and materials included on or made available through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Trademark Notice

iMessage, iPhone, Mac, and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Use of these names on our website and services is for identification only and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Apple Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. This service is operated by Rinzler Labs (SC769904), a company registered in Scotland.
